Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value your decision and thank you for buying our courses. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses.   As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. 


When you buy a training course on  Introtallent, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy   


Refund request process: 


Cancellation & Refunds:  Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. 


Money back guarantee is void if the participant has attended more than 4 classes or covered more than 20% of the course. Also, in case a user downloads the study material or e-book for the course the money back guarantee will be void. 


If refund request is raised after 7 days but within 30 days of purchasing the course, you will receive 80% of the total fees paid by you. However, no refund will be provided if you raise a request beyond 30 days of purchasing the course.  


Introtallent reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)   In case  Introtallent cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the participant/learner. 


If a cancellation is done by a participant/learner 7 days prior to the event, 20% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the participant/learner. 


If a cancellation is done by a participant/learner within 7 days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made. 


How to initiate refund request? 


Write a mail to info@introtallent.com requesting the refund. You must mention participant’s name, email id, mobile number, order number, payment reference number and reason for requesting refund.


Refund of duplicate payment:


Refund  of duplicate payment made by the participant/learner will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 15 working days post intimation by the customer.   


Note: All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the refund request is approved by Introtallent.
